Monivae College Cadet Unit Ceremonial Parade
Cadet Ceremonial is a day in which the Monivae community recognises the achievements of its unique cadet unit. Cadet parade is an important part of the tradition of Monivae College and a day in which the Monivae community marks its point of difference with pride.
The 2017 Cadet Parade Day will be held on Sunday, 29th October. The day begins at 9:30 am with Chevalier Day Mass in the Stadium. Following Mass, families are invited to view the Arts Exhibition in the Chevalier Centre.
On Sunday, students in Yrs 7-11 are requested to be at school by 9.00am.
When they hear the bell, they are to go to their normal Homeroom for roll call.
The Mass of Thanksgiving will commence at 9.30am in the Chevalier Centre.
Following Mass, there will be a meeting of all cadets.
The Parade will be held on the main oval unless otherwise advised. The reviewing officer this year is old collegian, Captain Ken Semmens (class of 2004)
The parade will still start at 12 noon sharp and will end at approximately 1 pm.
