Caroline has been a valued member of the Monivae College community since 2012. With teaching experience in science, mathematics, and biology in both Australia and England, she brings a global perspective to her role.

As the Learning Support Coordinator, Caroline oversees literacy and numeracy interventions and manages the Learning Support Officers, ensuring all students receive the support they need to thrive. Her commitment to student wellbeing is reflected in her extensive involvement in pastoral care roles throughout her career.

Before joining Monivae College, Caroline taught at Camberwell Grammar, where she also managed alumni relations. She maintains a strong dedication to MSC beliefs and Catholic education, working closely with the Catholic Education Office in Ballarat and collaborating with various local community groups.
