Appointed in March 2018 as Compliance and Risk Manager, Elle now serves as Director – Compliance, Risk and Culture at Monivae College, overseeing compliance, audit, risk, human resources, and culture. In addition to Elles’ work at Monivae College my role also includes servicing a network of six Catholic primary schools across the Southwest, ensuring strong governance and regulatory adherence across both the primary and secondary education sector.

Elle completed her Bachelor of Laws awarded First Class Honours in 2015 from Deakin University. Prior to her current role, she gained extensive experience working for the Department of Justice and Department of Employment, where she developed a strong foundation in legal and regulatory frameworks. Elle also served on the Hamilton Regional Business Association and contributed significantly to the design and development of the organisational strategy and funding model.

Beyond her professional career in education governance, she also manages a local horse racing club and runs a small sheep farm on the outskirts of Hamilton, combining her passion for rural life with leadership and community involvement.
