Benjamin White is the Director of Learning and Teaching at Monivae College. Grounded in evidence-based practice, Benjamin is facilitating the development of a learning and teaching framework at the college, aiming to enhance the learning experience for all students.

Prior to this role, Benjamin was the English Faculty Leader. He completed his Bachelor of Teaching, with a double-major in Literature and History, at the University of Adelaide. Currently, he is completing his Masters in Instructional Leadership through the University of Melbourne. Benjamin is also an experienced NAPLAN Marker and VCE English assessor.

A passionate English and Literature teacher, Benjamin has authored or contributed to several educational textbooks and articles in this field. He has also presented at the VATE Leadership Conference, the VATE State Conference, and the AATE National Conference.
