The boarding experience at Monivae is different to other boarding schools. We have a small intake, which translates into a tailor made, more flexible boarding experience, where students can often participate in outside activities such as after school jobs, sport or community activities. The Monivae boarding community today brings the added richness of living and learning about students from regional and urban environments, from remote regional areas and from overseas.

A range of Boarding options are available at Monivae College. From full time (7 days), weekly (5 days), casual (multiple overnights).

Students are well supervised, in a relaxed and friendly family atmosphere that allows for the individual care of each student. The environment is supportive, promotes individual growth and independence. A Boarding experience can ‘value add’ to your child’s education by maximizing all that Monivae has to offer. Boarding scholarships from Year 10 are available thanks to the Monivae Foundation, whose membership consists of past boarders, who, in recognition of the value their boarding experience has provided later in life, have established generous scholarships for boarders.
